Refund policy

At Gaffbits, we want you to love every bit you buy. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you sort it. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Certain items (e.g. personalised products, gift cards, or hygiene-sensitive goods) cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return
To arrange a return, email us at returns@gaffbits.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or mis-shipped.
4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply request a return and place a new order for the replacement.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of ordering.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gaffbits.com with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
6. Multiple Parcels
As some items are shipped separately, please wait for all packages to arrive before raising a return request.
7. Your Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. You always have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs.
