Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on the collection and your location. We’ll keep you updated with tracking details every step of the way.

Can I Return my product?

Of course. You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. Just get in touch with us and we’ll guide you through the process.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

Where do your products come from?

We hand-pick our products from a network of trusted makers and suppliers worldwide. Each piece is selected to fit into our curated collections — so you always know you’re getting quality with character.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we primarily deliver across the UK. International shipping is coming soon — keep an eye out!
